Your role as Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist at Shypple, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from point of origin to destination. You will be the key link between our clients, carriers, and internal teams, working collaboratively to coordinate and manage the logistics of shipments. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will make a significant impact on our operations and success.
What you’ll be doing
Manage daily shipments for your customer portfolio, including scheduling pickups and deliveries;
Ensure accurate job costing and timely invoicing for shipments;
Handle bookings, allocate them in the Shypple platform, and manage operational processes at the origin;
Maintain strong relationships with shippers and ensure smooth coordination between them and Shypple;
Account management for your portfolio of customers.
Job requirements
We ask
Experience in the freight forwarding industry;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
You have a problem-solving mindset and you are a collaborative team player;
Strong time management skills and stress-resistant to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
